   Chat (Better Messages): Chat messages, chat room invitations

   Member management and identity verification
   Provision of member search and chat features
   Processing inquiries
   Spam protection (Antispam Bee, CAPTCHA)

4. Data Retention Period
   Member Data: Retained until account deletion (immediately and permanently removed upon request for Account deletion)
   Contact Form: Stored in database after processing
   Chat Data: Members can delete their own messages
   Statistical Data: Retained permanently as anonymized data

   Your data is not shared with third parties outside this website.
   If a member shares another member’s data without consent, that member bears full legal and financial responsibility.
   Exception: If disclosure is required by law to authorities.

   Access and Correction: Via profile after login
   Deletion: Request via Contact form to the member administrator
   Account Deactivation: Only possible via the member administrator; hiding from the member list is not permitted
